White Hot Chocolate

→ Currently in love with hot chocolate and there’s one recipe that I got from my mom which way better than the usual.

  • 4 cups of milk/heavy cream
  • White chocolate chips
  • A teaspoon of vanilla extract

Get a saucepan and put it on your stove over medium heat. Pour the 4 cups of milk into the saucepan. Stir occasionally until it is hot and don’t let it boil. Once your milk is nice and toasty, pour in  1 cup of white chocolate chips. Pour it out nice and slowly because it going to make a mess. Stir occasionally again because you don’t want big lumps of the chocolate chips. When half of your chocolate chips is melted, add in one teaspoon of the vanilla extract.Keep stirring until all chocolate chips melted. Once all the chocolate chips melted, go ahead and turn off the heat.Serve it in a cup or mug.And this part is optional; you can add some whipped cream, sprinkles or marshmallow.

That’s it, I guess. Definitely need to make the hot chocolate because trust me, it tastes amazing ☻

White chocolate is my favourite type of chocolate and so I can imagine how amazing this would taste. Definitely saving this for a lazy, winter day snuggled up in bed with a good book and some of this hot chocolate! Everyone needs to know about this recipe!
