Play the skipping rope or try to jump as high as you can
It sounds really weird but it’s true. If you have a trampoline, try to jump on that frequently and if you have a skipping rope, play with it. The reason I suggest you jump is because it stretches your leg’s muscle.
Drink a lot of milk because milk contains calcium. It is great for your bones which will make you taller. If you don’t like to drink the milk itself, you could add
- 1tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1tsp vanilla extract to your milk.
Don’t eat before you go to sleep
I know we probably always do this. The reality, it actually a bad habit. If you want to sleep, make sure it was 2 hours after you eat. Otherwise, it will make your bones stop growing.
